Wholesale skincare for online clean beauty shops

Endless Pure serums and an oil with a glass dropper arranged on a tray with dried flowers

Short answer

An online shop needs three things from a skincare brand that a physical shop can live without: complete product data, images it may use, and a restock time short enough to keep listings in stock. Commercial terms are available in your trade account once your business is verified. Endless Pure offers an attractive margin up to 50%.

Key facts

  • A clean beauty product page needs the full INCI, the certificate, usage, and allergen information that matches the pack exactly.
  • Under Regulation (EU) 2023/1545, products placed on the EU market from 31 July 2026 must label the extended list of fragrance allergens; older stock may be sold until 31 July 2028.1
  • A supplier may recommend a retail price, but fixing minimum resale or minimum advertised prices is a hardcore restriction under EU competition rules.2
  • NIQ reported European online beauty sales up 10% over twelve months, against 5.8% for European beauty overall.3
  • Endless Pure restock lead time is the production time, which depends on the order volume, plus up to 10 business days of delivery from dispatch.

What does an online clean beauty shop need from a wholesale brand?

Data first, then images, then a fast restock. A physical shop can sell on a tester and a conversation; an online shop sells on the product page. The page has to answer the INCI, fragrance and certification questions itself, because the shopper cannot ask a person at the shelf.

Online beauty is also where growth is: NIQ's State of Beauty 2025 put European online beauty sales up 10% over twelve months, against 5.8% for the European beauty market as a whole.3 That growth goes to shops whose pages answer questions without an email.

How should a clean beauty product page be built?

From the brand's data, field by field, so every line can be traced to the pack or the certificate. Here is the template filled in for one Endless Pure product.

FieldContent
One-line positioningFragrance-free night cream for sensitive and reactive skin
CertificationECOCERT COSMOS certified (Natural or Organic)
Key ingredientsAloe juice base, hydrolysed red algae extract, mango seed butter, jojoba, two forms of hyaluronic acid
Texture and useCream; 1–3 pumps in the evening
FiltersFragrance-free; sensitive skin; night; dermatologically tested
Full INCIPasted from the product information, unedited
ClaimsOnly what the product information supports

Two fields need extra care. Fragrance filters must follow the INCI of each product, not the line name. Allergen lists are changing across the market: products placed on the EU market from 31 July 2026 must label the extended list of fragrance allergens, and older packs may be sold until 31 July 2028.1 When a delivery arrives, compare the INCI on the box with your page and update it the same day.

How to use a brand's marketing materials within their limits is covered in the partner materials guide.

Should an online shop sell at RRP?

Legally, the decision is yours: a supplier may recommend a retail price but may not impose a minimum resale price, and minimum advertised price clauses count as price fixing too.2

The commercial case for RRP is stronger online than offline, because shoppers compare in seconds. What protects you is a brand that does not flood the channel. Endless Pure sells only direct, uses no distributors in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland or USA and is not in mass beauty chains, so there is no wholesaler dumping stock online. Partners may sell on their own webshop but may not list Endless Pure on marketplaces, so a shopper will not find it discounted by a marketplace seller. How to vet any brand's channel discipline is in finding brands that are not on large marketplaces.

How much stock should an online shop hold?

Enough to cover sales during the restock lead time plus a safety buffer, and no more. Online, an out-of-stock hero page costs you the sale and the search position, so the reorder point matters more than the opening quantity.

Worked example: reorder point for the Bio-Retinol Serum.

  • Sales: 5 units a week, about 1 a business day.
  • Lead time to France: production time for your order volume + 3–4 business days of delivery. Measure it on your first order; this example assumes 6 business days in total.
  • Cover during lead time: 6 units. Safety buffer for a busy week: 3 units.
  • Reorder point: 9 units. When stock falls to nine, put the serum on the next order.

The full method with min/max levels is in setting a replenishment rhythm.

What should an online shop list first?

A small, search-led launch: the hero products shoppers already search for, a fragrance-free set for the filter, and the products that complete a routine.

When is Endless Pure the right brand, and when is another brand better?

Endless Pure suits an online shop that sells certified face care on detailed product pages from its own webshop. Some business models need a different supplier.

How does Endless Pure supply online shops?

As a self-service trade account built for repeat online orders, with terms on the buyer fact sheet and every SKU in the range matrix. Any business with a VAT number or a business registration number (such as a SIRET) can apply, including online-only shops; once your business is verified, trade prices and RRP appear on every product. minimum per order

Each order is produced as a fresh batch, with production time depending on the order volume, and shipped with tracking, arriving within up to 10 business days from dispatch: 2–3 business days to Germany, Poland and Czechia, 3–4 to France, Benelux and Austria, 4–6 to Spain, Italy, Greece and Sweden. Webshops in the UK, Switzerland, the EEA and the USA order on the same terms, with import duties possible on arrival. Partners get marketing materials and product information, so your pages can go live before the stock lands.

Frequently asked questions

What product information does an online skincare shop need from a wholesale brand?

Full INCI, certification status per product, usage directions, texture and skin-type positioning, approved claims and high-resolution images. Without INCI you cannot answer the first question a clean beauty shopper asks.

Do I have to sell wholesale skincare at the recommended retail price online?

No. In the EU a brand may recommend a retail price but cannot impose a minimum one. Selling at RRP is a commercial choice that protects your margin, not a legal duty.

How often should I update INCI on my product pages?

Every time a new delivery arrives with a changed pack, and at least once a year. The extended fragrance allergen labelling required for products placed on the market from 31 July 2026 means many brands are updating INCI lists now.1

How fast can an online shop restock Endless Pure?

Each order is produced as a fresh batch, and production time depends on the order volume; tracked delivery then takes up to 10 business days from dispatch, depending on the country.

Can a webshop without a physical store open a wholesale account?

Yes. Endless Pure opens accounts to businesses with a VAT number or a business registration number (such as a SIRET), online-only shops included; you can order once your business is verified. Your own webshop is fine; listing Endless Pure on marketplaces is not allowed.

Which Endless Pure products should an online clean beauty shop list first?

The Bio-Retinol Serum, Elixir Moisturiser and DUO as the search-led hero, PURE CALM for shoppers filtering for fragrance-free, plus Hydration Gel, AHA Peeling and an SPF50 stick to complete routines.
