What are the Endless Pure terms at a glance?

Who can open a trade account, and how long does it take?

Any business with a VAT number or a business registration number (such as a SIRET) that resells or uses skincare professionally. Once your business is verified, the account shows the trade price and RRP of every product and lets you order online. A website helps verification, but it is not required: a physical shop or an established professional practice also qualifies.

How is the trade price calculated?

In another country, take the VAT out of the RRP at your own rate first.

What is the minimum order, and does it apply to reorders?

The first order and every reorder share the same threshold.

How is shipping handled and how long does delivery take?

Every order is produced as a fresh batch and shipped with tracking directly from production. Production time depends on the order volume. Within the EU, delivery takes up to 10 business days from dispatch; typical transit by country:

Plan reorders on total lead time: production plus transit. For a pharmacy in Lyon, that is the production time for the order volume plus 3–4 business days of transit.

Which countries are served on standard terms?

All EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the USA. Outside the EU, import duties or taxes may be due on arrival and are paid by the importer. Other countries are served on request, with a minimum agreed individually. Country specifics are covered in importing into the UK, stocking EU cosmetics in Switzerland and shipping outside the EU.

How is VAT handled?

Prices are excluding VAT. For an EU business outside France with a valid VAT ID, the invoice carries no VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism¹; you account for VAT in your own return. The number is checked in VIES, the European Commission's validation service, so make sure your VAT ID is active there before your first order.³ French businesses are invoiced with 20% French VAT.²

How do I pay, and is there a contract?

Pay in advance by card or by SEPA bank transfer. Deferred payment is offered only to regular partners with large volumes, by individual agreement. There is no annual contract, no purchase target and no obligation to reorder. Territory exclusivity is never granted on a first order; it can follow only after several consecutive orders and agreed KPIs that depend on the country. What documents and assets do partners get?

Partners get marketing materials and product information, inside the partner account. Every formula except the Eye Renewal Patches is ECOCERT COSMOS certified (Natural or Organic), and production runs in ISO 22716 certified GMP facilities in Latvia, France and North America in line with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. What a retailer should keep on file is listed in the supplier documents checklist.

Can I return unsold stock or sell on marketplaces?

No to both. Each order is produced as a fresh batch for your business, so unsold stock is not taken back; keep the first order small instead, with no minimum per product and a Discovery Kit before it. Partners may sell in store and on their own webshop, but may not list Endless Pure on marketplaces. That rule protects every stockist's shelf price, including yours.

If the pack does not cover your country's language, ask [email protected] for print-ready translation sticker files (PDF, SVG or another format). Printing and applying the stickers is done by the reseller.

How do I place an order online?

Card is quickest, because payment and order are matched at checkout. The order then goes into production as a fresh batch and ships with tracking straight from production.

When the parcel arrives, count units against the confirmation, photograph any damaged carton before opening further, note batch numbers and expiry dates, and report any discrepancy to [email protected] the same day. What does the partner catalogue contain?

After verification, the partner portal is the catalogue. Every product shows its trade price and RRP, and partners get marketing materials and product information. Before you apply, the public versions are the buyer fact sheet and the range matrix; what any usable catalogue should list is in requesting a wholesale catalogue.

How do I judge the range before stocking deeper?
