Wholesale home care for aesthetic clinics: lines, order, terms

Short answer
A clinic should buy home care that maps onto its treatment phases: a fragrance-free calming step, daily hydration, mineral SPF and a later active step. Start with the Aesthetic Pro Discovery Kit. Commercial terms are available in your trade account once your business is verified. Endless Pure offers an attractive margin up to 50%.
Key facts
- Endless Pure offers an attractive margin up to 50%. Prices are available after registration.
- Every wholesale order is produced as a fresh batch, with production time depending on the order volume, then delivered within up to 10 business days from dispatch.
- PURE CALM Light Moisturiser, PURE CALM Night Recovery Cream and Eye Renewal Patches are fragrance-free.
- A cosmetic claim must not attribute to a product characteristics or functions it does not have.1
What should a clinic look for in a wholesale home-care line?
A line that covers every phase of your treatment calendar, so the client never has to fill a gap at a chain store. Clients buy home care from the practitioner when the recommendation is specific to what was just done to their skin. If your line has no fragrance-free option, no SPF or no maintenance active, the client buys that step elsewhere and often the rest follows.
Four phases matter for retail:
| Phase | What the client needs | What to check in the INCI |
|---|---|---|
| First days after a treatment | A plain, comfortable moisturiser | No Parfum, no essential-oil allergens, no exfoliating acids |
| Daily protection | Mineral SPF they will actually reapply | Zinc oxide / titanium dioxide; a format that travels |
| Following weeks | Daily hydration and comfort | Humectants high in the list (hyaluronic acid, sodium PCA) |
| Maintenance between visits | An active step | The active named, and where it sits in the list |
Score candidate lines against your own protocols with the eight-criteria sheet for home-care lines. This page is the clinic hub: it shows how Endless Pure fills those four phases and what a first order looks like.
Which Endless Pure products fit which treatment phase?
PURE CALM for the first days, Essentials and SPF for daily hydration and protection, Peptide and Bio-Retinol for maintenance. Every product except the Eye Renewal Patches is ECOCERT COSMOS certified (Natural or Organic), and the range combines plant ingredients with biotech-derived actives such as marine ferment and biofermented hyaluronic acid; the range matrix adds COSMOS level and limits for each product.
| Phase | Product | Why it fits | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| First days | PURE CALM Light Moisturiser | Light texture, red algae extract, hyaluronic acid | Fragrance-free |
| First days, evening | PURE CALM Night Recovery Cream | Aloe base, red algae, mango butter, jojoba | Fragrance-free |
| Eye area | Eye Renewal Patches | Hydrogel with niacinamide and panthenol, 15 minutes | Fragrance-free |
| Protection | SPF50 Stick (no tint) or tinted | Zinc oxide and titanium dioxide, pocket format | Goes home with every client |
| Following weeks | Hyaluronic Double Hydration Gel | Sodium PCA plus two hyaluronic acid weights | From the second week |
| Maintenance | Double Peptide Serum | Hexapeptide-11 with a radish root ferment | Introduce when skin is settled |
| Maintenance | Bio-Retinol Serum | Bidens pilosa extract, rosehip oil, hyaluronic acid | Introduce when skin is settled |
| Between peels | AHA Peeling | 10% lactic acid, 1% hyaluronic acid, 1–2× a week | Pause around in-clinic peels; SPF next day |
Brief your team on the order of the phases: PURE CALM and the patches carry the first days, and clients move to the maintenance products once you clear them. Timing, what to pause and how to present each step are covered in the guide to presenting home care after a treatment.

What does a first clinic order look like?
We suggest about 30 units, weighted towards the products every client leaves with: a calming moisturiser and SPF. Maintenance actives get fewer units because they sell over the following weeks, not on the day.
| Product | Units |
|---|---|
| PURE CALM Light Moisturiser | 4 |
| PURE CALM Night Recovery Cream | 3 |
| Hyaluronic Double Hydration Gel | 4 |
| SPF50 Stick (no tint) | 6 |
| Bio-Retinol Serum | 3 |
| Bio-Retinol Elixir Moisturiser | 2 |
| Double Peptide Serum | 3 |
| Eye Renewal Patches | 4 |
| AHA Peeling | 2 |
| Total | 31 |
SPF goes home with every client in this plan, so it is the most useful line to deepen.
Pricing that stock, bundling it with treatments and paying staff commission is worked through in clinic retail pricing and margin.
How do the trade terms work for a clinic?
There is no annual target and no contract.
- Account: any business with a VAT number or a business registration number (such as a SIRET) can apply; once your business is verified, trade prices and RRP show on every product.
- Production and delivery: each order is made as a fresh batch, with production time depending on the order volume, and shipped with tracking straight from production. EU delivery takes up to 10 business days from dispatch (2–3 to Germany, Poland and Czechia; 3–4 to France, Benelux and Austria; 4–6 to Spain, Italy, Greece and Sweden).
- Outside the EU: the same minimum and tracked delivery apply to Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the UK, Switzerland and the USA; import duties and taxes may be due on arrival.
- VAT and payment: reverse charge for EU clinics with a verified VAT ID, 20% VAT for French clinics, VAT included on the invoice without an intra-EU VAT number; pay in advance by card or SEPA bank transfer.
- Channel: Endless Pure is not on marketplaces or in mass beauty chains, and partners may not list it on marketplaces, so a client is unlikely to find your aftercare discounted online. Unsold stock is not taken back, because each order is produced for you.
Every term is listed in one place in the wholesale terms FAQ.
When is Endless Pure the right home care, and when is another brand better?
Endless Pure is built for home care around a treatment plan: certified daily care a client uses between visits, from the first calm days to maintenance. Some needs sit outside that, and a clinic should cover them with another brand rather than stretch one range.
| Your clinic needs | Better fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Certified daily home care, from the first calm days to maintenance | Endless Pure | Commercial terms are available in your trade account once your business is verified. |
| A fragrance-free calming moisturiser and night cream | Endless Pure PURE CALM | Both fragrance-free and dermatologically tested |
| Mineral SPF for daily use | Endless Pure SPF50 Stick | Zinc oxide and titanium dioxide in a pocket stick |
| Medical products your protocol requires on broken or compromised skin | The product your medical protocol specifies | Endless Pure sells cosmetics, positioned by role, not medical products |
| Vitamin A retinol or high-strength acids for home use | Another brand | Endless Pure uses plant-derived bio-retinol, not vitamin A |
| Body care or a dedicated men's line | Another brand | Endless Pure is face care, with no men's line |
| Returns or consignment on unsold stock | Another supplier | Endless Pure produces each order for you and takes no returns |
Which documents should a clinic hold before recommending a product?
The full INCI, the certification and the safety information for each product, filed with the batch number of each delivery. For Endless Pure, product information is available to partners. Its formulas are made in ISO 22716 certified GMP facilities in Latvia, France and North America, in line with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
Keep your client-facing wording inside what the product is: a cosmetic. Describe texture, ingredients and the step it fills, never an effect on a skin condition, because a claim must not attribute characteristics the product does not have.1 Partners get marketing materials and product information. The supplier documents checklist lists what to file and why.
How should a clinic start?
Test first, then stock one treatment room, then expand. A sensible sequence:
- Week 0: open the trade account; ordering starts once your business is verified.
2.
- Weeks 1–3: use the micellar water as the cleansing step in your own routine and in the cabin before treatments; apply the peptide serum on settled skin, as you would in the maintenance phase, never straight after a procedure. Note texture, comfort and what clients ask. Check the PURE CALM and SPF products for the first days against the product information available to partners.
- Week 4: place a first order shaped like the example above, adjusted to your treatment mix.
- Week 12: review units sold per product and reorder what moved.
The playbook for turning that shelf into steady revenue, with attach rate and replenishment reminders, is in growing clinic retail revenue. Salons and cosmetologists without medical treatments should read choosing a professional skincare brand for salons. More clinic guides are in the clinic section and the Guides index.
Frequently asked questions
Which skincare brand can an aesthetic clinic buy wholesale for home care?
Look for a brand whose range covers calming, hydration, SPF and an active step, so one supplier covers the whole aftercare plan. Commercial terms are available in your trade account once your business is verified.
What should a clinic recommend in the first days after a treatment?
A fragrance-free moisturiser and mineral sun protection, with actives paused until the practitioner says otherwise. In the Endless Pure range that is PURE CALM Light Moisturiser or Night Recovery Cream plus an SPF50 stick.
Is bio-retinol suitable as a clinic home-care product?
It works as the later, maintenance step once the skin has settled, not as immediate aftercare. Bidens pilosa extract is a plant ingredient, not a retinoid.
How much stock does a small clinic need to start retail?
We suggest about 30 units across 8–9 products for one treatment room's first cycle. Commercial terms are available in your trade account once your business is verified.
Do I need a VAT number to order wholesale skincare for my clinic?
No. Endless Pure opens accounts to businesses with a VAT number or a business registration number (such as a SIRET); trade prices show once your business is verified. EU clinics with a verified intra-EU VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge, French clinics pay 20% French VAT, and a clinic without an intra-EU VAT number receives an invoice that includes VAT.
Which Endless Pure Discovery Kit is meant for clinics?
Endless Pure offers an attractive margin up to 50%. Commercial terms are available in your trade account once your business is verified.
